This information is indispensable for the technical transmission of the web pages and for secure server operation. No personalized evaluation of these data will be performed.

Any data you send us by contact form will be stored on our servers during the course of our data backups. We undertake to use your data exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. Personal Data
Personal data is any information that relates to you an identified or identifiable living individual. These data include your name, address, and email address. You are not required to disclose any personal data in order to visit our website. In some cases we may need your name and address as well as further information to be able to offer you the desired service.

The same applies in cases where we send you information material as requested or follow up on your inquiries. In these cases we will always point this out to you. Besides, the only data stored by us are those that you have transmitted to us either automatically or voluntarily.

Whenever you use one of our services, we will normally only collect the data necessary to provide you with that particular service. Any additional information we may request of you will be of a strictly voluntary nature. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to provide you with our services or to pursue our commercial interests.

Automatically stored data

Server log files

The provider of the web pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:

  • Date and time of request
  • Name of requested file
  • Web page from which the file was requested
  • Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
  • Web browser and operating system used
  • Complete IP address of the requesting computer
  • Data volume transmitted

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

For reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attempts to attack our web server, we store this data for a short period of time. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons on the basis of this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized at domain level by shortening the IP address, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. The data is also processed anonymously for statistical purposes; the data of excerpts thereof are not compared with other data or passed on to third parties. The number of web page visits is shown only as part of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report.
